We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our site from time to time. Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the most updated terms.

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.
Acceptance of Your Order
Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and cannot be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or for any other commercial benefit. Eaves has the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item shipped to any one customer or address. Eaves retains the right to refuse a transaction or service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
To manage the quality of our merchandise and our overall customer service experience, we do monitor returns made by customers. Any excess returns may, at our discretion, lead to future online orders being declined.
You own the goods when: (a) we receive payment in full and (b) we deliver the goods to the address you provided in your order.
When placing an order, you will choose if a signature is required. If you do NOT check off this requirement, your merchandise will be delivered as a drop off at your door:
- You are confirming that Eaves can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery.
- You release and indemnify Eaves from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package(s) at your shipping address without obtaining a signature.
Refusal of Shipment
If you refuse shipment of your Eaves order, you are responsible for a $20 bounced shipment fee which covers shipping & processing fees. This amount will be subtracted from your return store credit.
We do our best to process orders within 24 hours of your order confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you are placing a custom order, your order will be placed into production upon confirmation of all customization details.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed within 24 hours from the next business day we are open. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email. Since our business is based in Pennsylvania which is an origin tax state, all online purchases are subject Pennsylvania's sale taxes by law.
Currently, Eaves does not ship internationally.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Only one promotion code can be applied to a purchase. Promotion codes are valid only within the time that they are active. Once the promotion has expired, they can no longer be used. We are unable to make any exceptions.
Eaves offers customer-initiated sale price adjustments on merchandise purchased at full price, within 7 days of an applicable Eaves promotion or sale. Please note that the exact style and size must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your Eaves account as store credit.
- Any merchandise purchased with a discount cannot be adjusted.
- Eaves cannot offer price adjustments based on any other retailer promotions or discounts.
Our Digital Gift Card is e-mailed to the recipient you have specified, once your order and payment has been processed. If you are buying a Physical Gift Card for someone, the gift card will be mailed to the recipient once your order and payment has been processed.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure accurate details with all Gift Card purchases. We are not liable for any failure or incorrect delivery of a digital or physical Gift Card due to incorrect or incomplete information about the recipient. We are not responsible for any gift cards lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Eaves gift cards do not depreciate or expire.
- Promotion or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on shopeaves.com or in our Eaves store located at 105 North Aberdeen Avenue, Wayne PA 19087.
- We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Pennsylvania is an origin-based sales tax state. Therefore, all online purchases are subject to its sales tax laws. General clothing and shoes, for example are not taxed while non-essential or specialized niche categories are subject to 6% tax. Protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Eaves. We take reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, however in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may experience if a third party procures unauthorized access to the data you provide when accessing or ordering from this site.
This site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this site. You may not use this site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including:
