Online Return Policy

Eaves is happy to exchange or issue store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of your receipt of your online order. All sales are final after 14 days of date of purchase.

The following merchandise are Final Sale:

  • all sale and discounted merchandise
  • bags, swimwear, undergarments, beauty & body products
  • custom made orders
  • vintage

Condition of Returns

Merchandise returned for an exchange or store credit must be unworn and have all original tags. In addition, all jewelry and shoes must be returned unworn in its original packaging along with its security labels. Please respect we cannot make any exceptions. This requirement is to ensure our merchandise is in the same pristine condition for other customers.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We encourage customers to try on any merchandise with respectful care, sans make up or appropriate measures to keep the merchandise sanitary. We greatly appreciate your consideration to avoid this issue.

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To process a return:

  1. Email [email protected] to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. Fill out your return slip that will be emailed to you.
  3. Write your RA# clearly on the outside of your package. All returns require a valid RA# or the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible. We hold the right to deny or adjust a store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
