Shipping

We do our best to process orders within 24 hours of your order confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you are placing a custom order, your order will be placed into production upon your confirmation of all customization details.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed within 24 hours from the next business day we are open. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email. Since we are a Pennsylvania based business, all online purchases are subject to the buyer’s state sales tax laws.

International Shipping

Currently, Eaves does not ship internationally.

Shipping Liability

You own the goods when: (a) we receive payment in full and (b) we deliver the goods to the address you provided in your order.

When placing an order, you will choose if a signature is required. If you do NOT check off this requirement, your merchandise will be delivered as a drop off at your door:

• You are confirming that Eaves can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery.
• You release and indemnify Eaves from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package(s) at your shipping address without obtaining a signature.
